Ambassador Teng Theng Dar is Founder, Business Compass Consultancy and currently the Singapore Non Resident Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman. He has over 40 years of senior management experience working in the USA and twelve different countries spanning Asia, Australia and the Middle. He is a former CEO of Singapore Business Federation, and Chair, APEC Business Advisory Council. He is Adviser to Blue Aqua International Pte Ltd, Link Capital Pte Ltd, Smart Illumination Pte Ltd and the School of Applied Science, Temasek Polytechnic. He also volunteers in the programmess of the Asia Entrepreneurs Exchange LIMITED, the National Youth Achievement Award Council and the ASEAN Japan Meeting Group (as member, Steering Committee). Mr. Teng was awarded the National Day Public Service Star in 2019.
